The 100T hydraulic mold clamping machine developed by a hydraulic machinery manufacturing company is a device for molding various materials and is widely used in the rubber and plastic molding industry. This measurement and control system takes KINCO-K3 series PLC (CPU306) and touch screen as the core, which can realize the automatic circulation and manual adjustment of various actions of the hydraulic mold clamping machine and the automatic adjustment of hydraulic system pressure and flow (speed).
One, system configuration
The 5.7" monochrome touch screen is used as the man-machine interface. The start and stop operations of the equipment are carried out on the touch screen, and are used to set and display pressure and flow data. The pressure sensor measures the pressure, which is converted into a 4-20mA signal by a transmitter and connected to the PLC , Electric valve adjusts pressure and flow.

2. Process
Execute after the start pressure of the oil pump is normal:
1. Automatic start → cylinder release and return → workbench (moving cylinder) out → flip and lock back → flip open → anti-drop cylinder back → main cylinder slow drop → start of mold clamping → main cylinder fast rise → flip close → flip lock out →Workbench (moving cylinder) back→positioning cylinder out→anti-falling back→primary pressurization and delay→main cylinder rapid rise→secondary pressurization and delay→master cylinder rapid rise→anti-falling cylinder Q2.3 broken→ End.
2. If there is no action within 30 seconds, the oil pump will stop to save electric energy.
3. Each action can be adjusted individually on the touch screen.
4. The movement speed of each action can be set on the touch screen and the pressure can be set on the touch screen, and the pressure can be adjusted automatically.

This hydraulic equipment adopts PLC and touch screen system, the pressure can be automatically adjusted, the flow (speed) of each action can be adjusted separately, the display is intuitive, the operation is convenient, and the LCD touch screen is used to prompt the Chinese characters to improve the equipment level.
