Because the initial DM area set in the EB V2.6.1 software is 0-4095, but the actual PLC is more than this address, then you can find the PLCTYPE file under the EB500 folder, then open it with the "Notepad" software, and find the DM item in OMRON Change 4095 to 9999 and save.
2. How can I record data every 5 minutes and save the recorded data after power-off?
Please use PLC general data transmission control, time in the PLC to trigger the control upload register value every 5 minutes, and transfer the data to the recipe address. For detailed settings, please refer to page 149 of the EB500 instruction manual.
3. Which address is used for multilingual switching?
You can use the multi-state switch element to do the language switch button, read and output address with LW9130.
4. If the EPJ file is moved to another location, what should I do if the bitmap is lost?
You need to compress the file into CMP format before moving it to another location (please see section 3.3 for software usage issues for compression methods).
5. Can the MCU communicate with EVIEW HMI?
EVIEW HMI supports MCU communication based on standard MODBUS protocol.
